Carolina Deck Repair shares a back-office CRM with our parent company, Pure One LLC, and any sister brand operated by the same company; this is used only for internal job management and never for marketing to you from another brand.

Quote requests are sent directly to our inbox and stored in our internal job management system (CRM) for the purpose of serving you. We use HTTPS across the entire site, restrict access to customer data, and apply reasonable technical and administrative safeguards. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take the security of your information seriously.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep quote requests and job records for as long as needed to service the job, honor our workmanship warranty, and comply with tax and legal obligations. You may request deletion of your information at any time by calling us or using the contact form.
